At Gone Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Gone Stores account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure the product arrives back to us in pristine condition.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
- 4.Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
